"Gosh, you're huge!" -- Gee, thanks for pointing that out. You know, I didn't really notice - I guess that's why even my maternity clothes aren't fitting!!
"You're still pregnant?!" -- Well, no, I've actually already had the baby. I just missed being pregnant so much that I decided to duct tape a watermelon to my stomach underneath my shirt, just for fun. Of course I'm still pregnant!!
"How are you feeling?" -- This one's actually ok to ask, if you really want the answer, which is usually something like 'hot, tired, big, hungry, grumpy, ready to be done'. If you don't want to hear that list along with a whole host of other things that happen to be affecting me at the moment, don't ask.

....So, I'm 39 weeks pregnant and ready to be done. Can you tell?? On the other hand, this means that in a few short weeks or days (I'm praying for days at this point), we'll have our own little boy to hold and play with. I can't wait!!

People seriously don't think before they speak!!! I bet if they actually thought about what they were going to say before they said it, they'd think twice about saying it! Although I am SO one to talk... I seem to put my foot in my mouth quite often!! Best of luck!!! Be sure to post pictures and news after the birth!
