Matt is a working man! He was offered an internship with Monahan Pacific (www.monahanpacific.com), a real estate investment and development company in San Rafael, California. He'll be starting out as an intern for 3-6 months working on the management team for a large development project they're doing in San Rafael. He is very excited - this is exactly the company he wanted to work for, and it will get him some great experience. This means we'll be in California at least for the next couple months.
